I have been a client of Steve Roth’s for a number of years. His office is very close to my home, so that is a plus. I had used State Farm previously, so I had goodwill towards the company. I can only remember making one claim with him, for my wife’s car, and I had no issues during the entire process. He is generally very good about getting my wife and I new insurance cards for our vehicles well before our old one’s expire. His office hours are good. I think he is open usually until around 6 or so, and that is convenient for those times when it is easier to just drop into his office. In my dealings with him, he has been polite and professional. Overall, I have no complaints.
