1. I should preface by saying that all of my problems haven’t been with the agent, but with the office staff. On one occasion, I called to learn what I could do to lower my payments. I knew taking a DD course would be able to lower it, but I wanted to know if they recommended specific courses or if there were other things I hadn’t thought of. The only thing the person answering the phones told me was that I could remove my parents from the account to increase my payments by hundreds each year. He refused to suggest anything I could do to lower my payments even after I reiterated the purpose of the phone call multiple times. (I actually called the 1-800 number for the company afterwards and was told I had recently aged into a different age bracket, so apparently the office worker hadn’t even bothered to review my coverage adequately.)

   At another time, I called to change some of my account information after receiving a phone call requesting it. When I asked why I hadn’t received a phone call sooner, I was met with outrage and told that the fact that they even called once was a courtesy. To be fair, I did later receive a phone call apologizing for the earlier one.
