Was able to obtain insurance only having to sit down once with Alden, the rest of the process was finished over the phone – adding a driver to the policy. It was a painless experience and didn’t take more than 20 minutes to set up the policy. Also the price points were on par for what I expected to be paying. He also gave me sound on advice on the policy I was selecting, by the end of it all I had decided on more coverage than I had initially thought to buy. I purchased a million dollar policy as opposed to the one hundred thousand policy I initially wanted. The price difference was negligible which is why I appreciated his professional input. Over all, it was a positive experience, not only because my car was now driveable but I received good advice from Alden as well.
