When we bought our new car we started looking for new insurance because our old one was to expensive. My mother-in-law recommended Roe Young because that is who her insurance is through. This agent was extremely willing to work with us to get the coverage that we needed. We ended up getting better coverage for less money with him. Unfortunately at the time we didn’t have the money to pay a full six months of insurance since we had just bought a car. Roe was willing to take a credit card over the phone since my mom, who lives in Ohio, was willing to pay it. I also like that he is close to my house so any time I have a question I can just go right up to the office and ask him. One time my insurance premium went up buy a few dollars and I just walked in and he was more than willing to explain to me why it had gone up even though I hadn’t had any claims on the premium.
