I have been trying to get a lower rate for months. Everyone else in my building is paying a fraction of what I pay. My interaction with my agent has been the same or just a little bit better than I have had with others when trying to get more quotes. Nothing is easy to compare. I have to email and email and call and leave messages over and over before I can get any reply. There is very little feeling that he or any of the other brokers in other companies care at all about trying to figure out a deal that is mutually beneficial. It is annoying to say the least. He is a nice guy and has been fine when I was paying the high premiums. Now I feel as if I am on the pay no mind list and do not know what else to do.
