State Farm vs. AAA. I previously had AAA but not everyone is aware that AAA also provides auto insurance, not just travel discounts and roadside assistance. Well, everything was good at AAA until i had questions i go to the office there on canton center rd. in Canton, Mi. to see my agent. Oh, then i found out what AAA lacks n good customer service. Every time i went there to see my agent he’s not available and the wait to see any other agent well let’s just say i sat that more than an hour many times. Till I decided to call AAA directly and file a complaint about my agent and their office.I went to state farm on Wayne Rd, In Westland. I was helped right away by Bob. I then went back to AAA told them to cancel all my policies my auto policy and home policy. I am happy with Bob and State Farm now.
