My agent is always on top of everything in the insurance world. I often get updates about my home owner’s plan letting me know that my policy has been upgraded. The agent and his office are doing a good job at keeping my rates low and consistant with what I had paid originally upon beginning my policy. I wih I had rewards for not filing a claim within so many years because I would qualify for several bonuses. I did have to file one major claim on my house policy and my State Farm agent was right by my side the entire time answering every question I had. I ran into some complications; however, my agent’s office was able to clarify things for right away so I was never kept in the dark.
When my now wife and I bought a new car we were very off put by how much our premium was with our current insurance. We decided to shop and round and stopped into David’s office one day to see what he could do for us. He brought up our current coverage with Allstate and gave us a printout of their insurance coverage and cost vs’s State Farms. He also talked to us about every possible discount he could get us that would lower the premium even more. To our suprise we found that not only was his coverage half the price of what we were paying with allstate, it also included better coverage including roadside assistance and 0 deductible comp. We decided later that week to go with state farm and came in and signed everything. Later that year when we were buying a house we came to David again to see what he could do for us. Once again he was able to provide us with a better price than the competitors. A month after buying the house our insurance bill for our car and truck came and to our surprise it was almost $50 cheaper. I called the office to make sure this wasn’t a mistake. The secretary informed me that David had set us up with our house and cars on the same policy so it gave us a discount for both the home and car insurance. Overall I couldn’t be happier that we decided to go with David and State Farm.
