We started with Linda 20 years ago because we wanted a State Farm policy at the time. She was highly recommended to us through friends. From the very beginning, we were treated like family. This was not expected, as prior agencies had never gone the extra mile like Linda had. Over the years we have shopped for lower Insurance (as everyone does), but found ourselves staying with State Farm due in large part because the way Linda took care of us. We have had many changes with car policies and she has always made the transactions smooth and painless. Also, she was a huge asset whenever we had to file a claim. She always made follow up calls to ensure that we were satisfied with the process and that we were fairly taken care of. I think the slightly higher cost of our insurance is minor compared to having such a diligent agent on our side.
