Randy Navarro was very helpful when I called in to have a vehicle removed from my insurance policy and again months later when it came time to add an additional vehicle to my insurance policy, he made the whole process be swift and easy. Also, when it was time to renew my policy he was ready to answer any questions I had about my policy such as pricing and rebates that are available to me. He was also very quick to email me any documents that I needed to review and sign. Lastly, he was able to walk me through set-up my online account with Allstate. Randy and the staff at his office are very friendly is he is always very reliable to return my calls whenever i had the need to get a hold of him.
