Every time I call the agency, the agent is courteous and polite. They serve with a smile. If i need answers and an agent is not available right away, the receptionist takes down my name and phone number. When an agent calls back, they already have my name pulled up in the system and are ready and waiting with any questions I have or any requests I have. They always resolve any issues I have right away, and are able to answer my questions in a timely manner. I like that this agency is local– I live within 10 blocks of the agency. Last time when my insurance raised they were able to look into their other carriers and find me a cheaper price with the same coverage. Overall I would recommend them”
