I called to get car insurance and they took care of everything over the phone so I could purchase a car and drive it off the lot with insurance. I then went to their office and they had all the paperwork ready. They have given me a good rate and have always contacted me if there has been an issue. Overall, I have had a great experience with them. I signed up for electronic payment from my checking account and my card expired and they called me and authorized the payment by phone and allowed me to set up new arrangements by email. They go out of their way to be helpful. Also, I used to have Nationwide Insurance and was with them for over 30 years and when I needed new car insurance State Farm gave me a better rate than Nationwide with whom I had been a faithful customer to for all those years.
