I chose State Farm and my local office because they were the cheapest option after buying a new car. My only issue with his office is that they call and constantly try to sell me add ons to my policy. Meaning they want me to add home or life insurance through them, or refinance my car through them. These calls get annoying. I also have the drive safe and save option through State Farm. Sometimes my car will not upload my vehicle health report and then they will contact me via email about that. I do not mind receiving emails or even text messages for that matter, but I hate when people call me, especially when they are trying to sell me something I don’t want. Overall I am pleased I just wish they would tone down their sales calls.
