I’ve had this agent since I first got a car. First, I was on my parent’s insurance, but now that I have my own I’ve continued with the same agent. I’ve never had any problems calling her to discuss problems with my insurance, and she’s always polite when I speak to her. My billing has always been handled appropriately, and when my parent’s insurance went up because I was on their insurance as a teenager, she helped us to find the lowest cost option that would allow me to continue to drive without driving my parent’s insurance costs through the roof. I don’t have any plans to switch in the near future, because this seems to be the lowest cost option, and she certainly has better service than I think I could find anywhere else.
