I was having communications problems with an agent I had been using, but moved from the local area. I contacted Mr. Sleasman’s office and they gave me detailed instructions on how to change to their office. The change was taking place at about the same time as I was buying a new car on a weekend. Mr. Sleasman and his staff made the change a pleasant experience, guided me on how I could get my new vehicle insured and took over my renter’s policy as well. I am really pleased with the customer service. They even suggested a way for my boyfriend to receive a discount on his auto policy. When I have needed answers to questions, they are responsive and quick. They are friendly and don’t try to oversell me.
I appreciate the time and effort they provide in helping with my insurance needs.
