VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I don't usually write reviews but I have never in my life experienced such an unorganized organization in my LIFE. I have been trying to make a PAYMENT for months with this company and they just cannot get it right. They even at one point cancelled my policy due to not making payments even tho someone told me on a recorded line that my account was up to date and on autopay THE LIES. It has been 8 months and they STILL have not figured out my frea...

My agent is a sweet girl and I know none of this is her fault but I 10000000000% would never recommend this company. If my policy wasn't so cheap I would have left months ago!!!

Poor customer service to a 18 year customer

After being a customer since 2005, I have multiple issues with the customer service in the last 4 years. From not receiving billing invoices to there website not working correctly it became increasingly hard to make an on time payment. My insurance was canceled without my knowledge while I am active military member was stationed over seas. After trying to fix the problem last month I ended up switching insurance companies due to lack of insurance...
After being a customer since 2005, I have multiple issues with the customer service in the last 4 years. From not receiving billing invoices to there website not working correctly it became increasingly hard to make an on time payment. My insurance was canceled without my knowledge while I am active military member was stationed over seas. After trying to fix the problem last month I ended up switching insurance companies due to lack of insurance without my knowledge for 4 months. No cancellation was sent. No phone call or email was made. After spending over an hour on the phone with them in April trying to resolve this problem last month I received a phone call today May 28th 2021 stating that my bill had gone into collections. This was the first phone call I received from them. The individual I spoke with informed me that my account had been in collections since February of 2021. I had not received a bill phone call or email about this. On top of this when I spoke to the prior representative a month ago he told me nothing of this. I am very happy with having switched to much easier updated company, with a website that actually works with my email.

Great Service! Excellent Value!

Excellent service! They helped us out immediately when my wife's vehicle was struck by another vehicle on a Friday. We live in a small town with only one car rental place within 20 miles. They were closing in a few hours and would not open until Monday, but the Electric Insurance team was able to secure a rental for us. They also paid for all of the repairs so we would not have to wait for the other driver's insurance company to pay the claim...

They have changed and so did I

Great company to deal with. With EI for 21 yrs. Finally had it with their constant premium price increases. Finally switched carrier and am saving over $500 between both policies. Sorry guys you were once a company I gave rave reviews about

Be careful with Electric Insurance

Wait more then 1/2 hour to answer the phone for road assistance. Job done with other company. When you need them the most, they are not answered. Think to change them.
