When we first met Catherine, we were apprehensive because we never had to purchase home owner’s insurance before and it was required to get our mortgage. We didn’t know the first thing about insurance policy values, what types of coverage, etc. Catherine was extremely helpful through the whole process and was quick to point out that we were paying way to much for our previous car insurance. She mentioned to us about bundling our home and auto insurance since it would save us quite a bit of money. We were able to get the same features of our current policy, plus an additional bit of coverage for my car. When the appraiser came to the house, they appraised it at a higher value than what we purchased so we adjusted accordingly. Overall we were very pleased.
