Minimal experience- haven’t had any claims or other issues. Most of my policy was set up online, which was very helpful. It’s so hard to find the time to go out and fill out policy documents at a physical location, so completing the work online and having an agent there for when you need them is incredibly helpful. I will occasionally get information mailed or e-mailed to me about ways I can better insure my belongings, keep my policy costs low, etc., which is also helpful and does not cross the line into spamming or harassing me like some agents may tend to do. I am hopeful in the event that I ever need my insurance to cover a loss, that my agent would come through on my behalf. I have not had any negative experiences thus far.
