My only experience is that I called him today to file a claim on my car. He was very helpful and friendly. He asked me whether I was hurt or not. Asked me about the damage to the car. Explained my coverage, and how the claim would affect my future premiums. Before he sent me to the claims department, he explained to me how they would send me an app that I would take pictures of the damage, then upload the pictures to the claims department, after which I send them the pictures, and they ok the work and send me authorization to have the car fixed at the repair shop of my choice. It was a pretty painless experience. I will continue to use Allstate, since I’ve used them for 35 years.
The guy who owned the agency before him was always very nice and helpful.
