I went to this agent because I received a quote/ad from them that was lower than my previous insurance. I called to confirm the details, and it sounded like it would save me some money. I presented their quote to my previous provided and asked if they would try to match it, and they said no (bluntly, might I add– they seemed to have no interest in saving me as a customer). So I went to State Farm and Corey instead. He was friendly and helpful, and got me set up right away. There was an error with regard to my address on file for a while, but they corrected it. Ever since I’ve paid my 6-month premiums in full, and haven’t had any reason to have to call. I have had this insurance for about a year now.
