Dave DeWitt is personable and attentive. He’s been my family’s insurance agent for decades and has been providing personal and corporate insurance. Whenever I’ve had a problem he’s been just a phone call away. He knows all of us on a first-name basis and attended my father’s funeral. I value his advice. Just recently I was in a minor fender-bender that I felt was the other driver’s fault and so dealth just with their insurance agency. Nonethess the negotiations were new to me and I ended up calling Mr. DeWitt for advice. He told me what to expect in my negotiations and what my alternatives were. When the other agency offered a split portion of responsibility Mr. DeWitt correctly pointed out to me that I needed to consider not only what damage was done to my vehicle but also what damage may have been done to the other.
