I have not had any face to face interactions with David. However, after speaking on phone he was very attentive. I asked him for help with a problem and he emailed me back with help within the hour. I wanted to change an aspect of my online account and it was able to be switched within 48 hours. While I was on the phone he offered me advice on other financial services. He specifically spoke of life insurance but I was not interested. He knew that I was getting married and offered me services that would help when I get married. Overall I would say I am satisfiied with his services. I have not had much interaction with him, however the ones that I have, have been satisfactory. I would give him a solid B.
