I was referred to Gary Green’s office by my previous State Farm agent in West Los Angeles. When I moved, they gave me Gary Green’s office number, because it was the closest one to my zip code at the time. From the first time I contacted them, they have been friendly, helpful, and they take very good care of my auto insurance needs. I moved to a different are of town, but kept Gary Green’ns office, because the staff there take good care of me. When I had my car claim in November 2016, they stepped right up, helping me get the car towed, appraised, and processed for the insurance adjustors. They got a rental car for me right away, and kept me up to date on the status of my car damage appraisal. I needed to keep the rental car for a bit longer than the claim period,” so they extended the “claim rate” for the rental, to help my budget. Gary Green’s officd has a great staff.
