Overall the experience has been wonderful. I have personally known the owners since I was a child and have come to know the other members of the team. Everyone is extremely helpful and more than willing to take the time to explain anything. I once had a time where the Home owners insurance had mistakenly went up in price. I went into the office and we quickly were able to determine that an auditor had driven by and changed the way the basement square footage was labeled. This resulted in my premium mistakenly rising due to the incorrect audit. My issue was quickly addressed and taken care of by my agent. They have always been willing to explain discounts or any sort of change in rates for me and most importantly they all know me by name.
