We have been with him for at least 15 years, since before I started high school and we moved to a nearby town. My mom used him, then me and my brother and maybe my sister. He is located in Collinsville and we are in Claremore now, but we generally don’t expect to have to go to the office in the day or the internet and cell phones. Indeed, we’ve never had a bit of trouble with them and the cost has been great, plus any coverage we’ve needed.
The only trouble is, when I resigned up a month and a half ago with my car after moving back home, I had the hardest time ever reaching them. Emails would go unread, not to mention I couldn’t find the address for the longest time, every single call would go answered, and messages would take forever to be returned. Even when I desperately needed to get the insurance set up and later, to make a monthly payment. I can’t even reach the main insurance agent! Likely going to switch to a different office very soon.
