He is very down-to-earth and is available all day for questions and is very good at answering questions in a way that makes sense to an average person. He is prompt in getting info to us and lets us know right away if there are any problems with our info or upcoming changes that we need to be aware of. Our agent offers lots of additional services that other agents do not, which is why he has such a large client base.
Overall our experience has been great and we would never switch to another agent. He also never rushes us off the phone and even inquires about our family and how we are doing in general. I think he is doing a great job and this is why so many people choose him as an agent.
