We’ve, unfortunately, have had to make a couple claims and he made the process quick and simple. When the company itself screwed everything up, he helped get the process back on track in an extremely timely manner. He has been helpful and considerate. He got a couple extra days with our rental car since the check from our totaled car hadn’t come in yet and we only had hours left to find a suitable car. The adjuster we spoke to through the company was rude and didn’t care if we had a car to drive or not. It was not his problem. Our agent got the situation handled and we had the rental until we got the check and bought a new car. He was very calm and we really appreciated all his hard work in keeping the situation under control. Our file had been passed around to 4 different adjusters because they were all too busy to deal with it so it became a mess, quickly.
