So far, the only issue I have had was not getting our bank account info changed with the insurance company which caused overdraft charges. Other than that issue, we have had a great experience. He has been friendly and helpful in helping us select the correct products. When discussing the home owners insurance, he walked us step by step through the policy. He explained which policy aspects were similar to the ones that we had in the past and which ones were new/changed. He went even further to explain why each add/change was needed. For our car insurance, he walked us through what the state law requirements were and what he would recommend. He did a great job of explaining the reasons why each was needed for our protection. I would not change to any other agent.
