I used this agent because she was recommended to me by the apartment complex where I first rented in this area as their preferred provider. I’d previously had State Farm policies in another state. When I stopped renting and bought a home in the same area, I needed insurance so I turned again to Nancy’s office as I had no problems with her service and she was a known quantity. Insurance agents should be set it and forget it” and all I ask is that they call me if I miss a bill or something, and not constantly bug me with sales calls. Have had no issues with Nancy and all continues to go smoothly with her so I will probably continue to use her services as long as that is the case.
