It’s been very good. When I got out of the military I transferred over to State Farms from what I’d had before. She was able to help me get better coverage at a reduced price. She went over all the options with me personally and found all the different discounts that I was good for. E.G. Military, student, good driver, etc. She then gave me a list of all the paperwork I would need (she even had a sample of most of them so I knew what to look for) to bring into her. When it was time to renew and new discounts had become available she contacted me about those too. Each time I’ve needed a new insurance card she has been able to give me a temporary one on the spot and quickly sent me a new permanent one in the mail. Really good experience here.
