We switched to Liberty Mutual and Mr. Adams at the suggestion of a friend of ours that worked with the local teachers’ union because of a suggestion that we may be able to have considerable savings on our homeowners insurance over what we were currently paying with a competing carrier and agent. Mr. Adams was professional, courteous, and helpful with the switch and made things relatively painless for us. Since then we have dealt with him on a few occasions including a car accident caused by somebody who had falsified insurance (ours paid and we had to be reimbursed, which he made go smoothly for us) as well as when conditions changed on our homeowners insurance after some renovations. We would absolutely choose Mr. Adams as our agent again if given the chance and would recommend him to others.
