Positive, DJ Mathews office has been flexible, helpful and has good customer service.
I had to transfer insurance to California when I moved hear. DJ Mathews was patient and eager to help me sort through the things I need. While his office does send me solicitations for additional products, occasionally their solicitation is just to be polite and courteous, which I don’t mind. DJ Mathews has helped me find discounts to my policy and I’ve already seen the results after a year with him. He has been quick to reply to the many questions I might have and has been good to provide me options. For example, he has promoted using online bill pay to make payments sooner, offered split payments for large yearly sums. His office staff have been polite, calling me on special occasions and sending me notices. DJ Mathews has provided quality service, clear and consistent communication.
