Being military, I went to Lou after deciding to leave my prior insurance company due to rates continually increasing. I went to Lou and she looked over my full policy to find all ways of saving me money. Having never worked with an actual local agent, only ever securing insurance through online websites I expected this to go very similarly whereas Lou took the time to ask me in depth questions to find further ways to save me money on my policy through both discounts as well as by eliminating parts of my policy which were not aligned with my wants from my auto insurance. By the time I was done she was able to cut my auto insurance almost in half as well as work with my pay dates to make it easier for me to pay my monthly insurance rates. It was an entirely simple and pleasant experience I am always willing to recommend to friends when looking for a new insurer.
