While I have not had to file any claims with Allstate yet, and haven’t had any emergency situations where I would need to really put my service to the test, my agent has always been kind, accommodating, and informative. When I was first looking to switch providers a few months ago, he offered me a lot of competitive deals, and a ton of vital information to really nudge me in the direction of setting up my plan with him. Again, having not had to use my insurance through him/Allstate yet, I am sure that when I do I will be treated fairly and all efforts will be made to accommodate my needs, and rule in my favor. I do not feel as though I will ever be left holding the bag, so to speak, with him at the helm.
