I’ve always had a good experience with Jake and my local State Farm. He has made it simple so that I only rarely come down to the office because I can make my payments over the phone, which makes my life so much better. Jake is friendly and has made the transition to different cars very easy the three times I’ve had to do that. The office is easy to get to when I have had to come down, but I’ve only had to do that a couple of times. I like knowing that I have an agent locally in case something happens. He’s also had to talk to my mom a few times when my car was through her, and she doesn’t live locally, and even she had nice things to say about how friendly he was and how simple the whole process was. Fantastic customer service!”
At the time that I moved to this city, this insurance was the cheapest and this location was the closest. Since then, then only basis I have had for judgement has been service. This has included making changes to coverage for new vehicles or adding and dropping drivers. All of this has been done without hassle or pain. They’ve even been good about issues that were really my fault.
The agency also offers the usual financial service products that you expect from an insurance agent, such as whole life insurance products. This agency has presented these products to me but has not been excessively pushy when they realized that I have no interest.
The staff is small and friendly. They retain employees for a long time, which speaks to being a well run business. I don’t have any complaints and appreciate their overall efficiency and respect.
