They also made it really easy to add the new vehicle and have documentation in time to pick up my new car. They also always are quick to return phone calls and have never made me feel rushed. I have a lot of trust in their service.
A few years back we had a deratio land on us. In that tragedy a 150 ft. tree fell in out back yard well half of the tree fell it was split in half. The other half of the tree is still leaning on another tree in the back yard. We called a claim in on it when it first happened. The denied us anymore insurance until we fixed out roof. Got rid of all the vehicles in that back yard. And also told us to get rid of the wild blackberry bush that was weaved in a rose bush before we could get insurance back. We tried everything and done all except there was just a little tiny bit of mold on the roof shingle we missed and still they refused to take us back. I think because of the tree in the back yard the insurance cannot cover it and therefore alot of other agencies got wind of that and they refuse us also.
