I do more online than with the agent but when I needed assistance, the agent was helpful. I had another agent for the first few years who always stayed in contact with me. He would just email out of the blue asking if there was anything he could help with. He was very proactive. Our new agent has only spoken to me once and only because I called with an issue. I honestly would look for another agent but we are considering moving in the near future and I will probably be looking for a more personal agent at that time. I feel an inusrance company should always be trying to do something more for it’s clients since it is not a monopoly. People will shop around. LM has a great rate though.
