He fights for my business and has found every discount available. Sometimes he and his assistant have even called too much. I tried a number of other local and national insurance companies before Allstate and James Norris, but I was never really satisfied with any of them. However, I haven’t even looked around in the four years I’ve been with Mr. Norris. I know I am getting the best rate and service, and I am paying so much less than i was before, even after upgrading one of our cars to an SUV a year ago. The only product I haven’t switched to Allstate and James Norris is life insurance. The only reason I have not is that I am a member of a charitable service organization (Knights of Columbus) and those prices are the best anywhere.
