Decent, they compare many options for the best price.
The only complaint I would have is the length of time it takes to get back to me on insurance quotes. I have had this agent for about eight years now, and am able to make changes through phone calls and through the internet now, where in the past I had to go in to initiate these changes. Having the convenience of paying over the phone has also been a large assistance, as the office is quite some distance from my home. Even though they are sometimes slow in returning phone calls, they are always prepared to speak to my needs when we do connect. This tells me that they are working on my request prior to returning my call and have always had more than one option for me.
