I really appreciated when our car was total loss, the payment was prompt and was above Blue Book value. However, I just wish the insurance was a bit more reasonable. Also, the method to go pick up the total loss check was a bit cumbersome. I had to drive out to a designated place to get the check. It would have been more convenient if the check was mailed out to us. Also, the tow coverage is not adequate for the price. I feel that the coverage could be unlimited with the bundled price. We have had other insurance companies that offer unlimited towing at a lower price. All in the all, I would recommend State Farm to friends and family because the coverage is good, especially for those that need significant insurance.
