Our agent never acts like she is to busy for us. Any issues we’ve ever had she has been quick to address. When we’ve had an accident, she took care of everything. I can email or call her with questions and she will be quick to get back to me with my answers. She works hard and looking for ways to save us money but keep us well protected. She keeps us informed on the best choices for coverage choices and when we should make changes with a carrier. Our agent is in the same town as us, which makes it convenient to be able to drop things off to her, opposed to waiting for the mailing system. We recently had a break down and she works with the local tow agencies. Which made it easier for us. We were taken care and never even saw the bill for the tow. As the tow truck driver stated, he just drops the bill off with her and she takes care of everything and she did. It was wonderful to have that kind of service.
