I’ve dealt with this agent for years. They have always been good to me. It’s very easy to report a claim, make policy changes or anything else. I’ve gotten several quotes over the years to see about switching but Amica is always the lowest and most affordable out of all of the other options out there. I rarely if ever have to go into the office, they are just a click or a phone call away. I’ve been very lucky that I haven’t needed them for much of anything over the many years that I’ve had them. They have always been a respectable agency and I will continue to use them as long as I still feel that I’ve being taken care of and I’ve got the best rates available to me.
