Don, for having such a busy office, will always take the time to sit down with you and spend as much time as it takes to advise and educate so that you, the client, always leaves having purchased (or not sometimes!) the best insurance option for your situation. I have never been pressured to buy anything and, conversely, he has advised against my buying additional coverages that he thought I did not need. He has always been proven correct. His associates, especially Joan, are also exceptional and mirror Don’s approach to the business. I have gone to Don on four separate occasions and never worry about my treatment there. Actually, he has saved me money by consolidating policies with very reputable companies. His service has been fantastic and I intend on remaining a client for years to come.
