He’s been decent. I was given a list of agents in the area from my old State Farm rep. in Boulder, CO. I though his name sounded the best. I mean, it’s literally Scott Good. I thought how could I go wrong? Anyway, the first time I called the guy was a bit of a debacle. He didn’t really understand what I was trying to do (switch my insurance over to NC instead of CO). After a time, a few days at least, I didn’t receive my insurance card. I called him because of this. Within a week I had my new card as was ready to rock and roll. So, despite these initial issues, I’d say he came through in the end. Overall, I’d rate the guy a four out of five.
