I chose this agent because he was across the street from where I used to live. I already knew I wanted State Farm insurance and it was just most convenient to work with him. I was impressed with him at our initial meeting, and he spent some time talking to me about insurance options. However, once I became his customer, the service went downhill. His office does the bare minimum to meet my requests and often with a bit of an attitude. I recently had a claim, and they botched it a lot. They were also rude and condescending about the mistakes. I was baffled by the lack of service, as I have been happy with all my prior state farm agents. They also randomly change their office hours for the day, which makes stopping in to drop off or pick up something really difficult.
