My son was referred to Tom by a friend of his, and my son referred me to Tom. Tom spent a good amount of time gathering important information to give me an accurate quote for auto, renters & business. When the quote came back & the policy was written, it actually cost a little less for the policies. He went thru all the numbers again to be sure that everything was proper and that coverages were accurate. Tom is very knowledgeable and makes suggestions for keeping costs low while still have good coverage.
The other people that work in the office are also very competent and provide great customer service. I have referred others to Tom who have also had great results working with him. I continue to refer people because good agents are hard to find.
