They are always friendly and have never been unable to meet my needs. They are great at offering options. I’ve been working with them for about 15 years now. They have provided homeowners’ insurance on 2 different homes, multiple cars, and now a renters’ policy. During a few car accidents (not my fault! haha) they were able to work on my behalf to get what I needed from the other parties’ insurance companies. They made sure that I was treated fairly and that my car was repaired as it should be. We made one homeowners’ claim due to water damage and they helped us with all the paperwork and red tape. They’ve just been easy to deal with, their office is local, and I know I can stop in if I need anything. They always return phone calls promptly.
