My overall experience with John Miller has been fantastic.
I’ve been with Horace Mann for over 7 years. In that time, they’ve treated me extremely well. John Miller has even called me personally a few times to check in with me, let me know the new details of my plan, and to help me with any questions I might have had. His staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It’s been very helpful to have a company that respects me as a customer, that is open and honest with their practices and what they are actually doing for me, and answers my questions to the best of their abilities whenever I ask. Even when I’ve looked into trying to change insurance companies, I never have because pricing for both my car and the amount of insurance I want, no one has a better price at this point.
