Initially we met with Julie because she was the only option that came up in a google search. There is an insurance broker in town, but the service always left a lot to be desired. They lacked the personal touch and were more interested in selling a policy than pleasing the customer. The experience with Julie was quite opposite. She took the time to answer any and all questions that we had, and to go over policy options in detail. She made sure that everything we needed was covered under our selected car and home insurance policies, and that the things we didn’t need were removed to save us money. My wife and I were very pleased with the overall interaction with Julie and her office, and have been a customer for several years now.
