I think this agent isn’t quite accessible enough, but the girls in the office are VERY good and are experts answering in answering your questions and getting things done. I would have given the agent a 5 if it were easier to actually talk to him. State Farm has always treated me well on claims and they have always been the cheapest option for me. This is a new agent after the old one retired, who was really good, so maybe the new one will get better. Hopefully he’ll realize that customers want to talk to him directly sometimes instead of always only talking to the office people.I will stay with him however, just because the girls are so competent and so nice. State Farm has been my insurance for over 40 years.
