The experience has been fine. I had state farm insurance most of my life and I switched to this agent because it was local to the new location I moved too. I do not have much contact with my agent. One annoying thing is they occasionally call and leave a message and ask for a call back. They do not tell you what it is about and then when you call back they want to sell you another service like providing a loan. That is kind of annoying as I don’t want such service. When I was in an accident I called and they were fine but most of the interaction was with the main company about this. Other annoying thing they do is constantly try to fish for new information to try and find an excuse to raise your rates.
